you should go every 2 days at the least when just starting. the base needs to be established. it will take a week or two to begin to see a difference. every other time you go you should increase the time in and using an acceslorator with a little bit of instant tan will increase the results and keep your skin hydrated since the lights dry it out. its best to just buy the monthly plan it ends up being way less expensive. good luck

I used to work in a tanning salon so I'm not being one-sided here, but tanning is really bad for your skin. I would look for a salon that offers a spray tan unit. If you do choose to tan regularly, please go to a dermatologist regularly also. They can check your skin for any changes, especially in places you can't see. Take care!

results are supposed to be noticeable within the first 2 hrs. and you should go once every other week.
