My computer used to burn/copy items on CDs and read photos from CDs but now it will not open my photos CDs anymore. What's wrong? Please, help! What should I do about this issues?!

The lens needs periodic cleaning, go to Radio Shack and get a DVD/CD cleaner.

Go to Control Panel, System, Hardware tab and select the Device Manager. Find your CD on the list, right click and select properties.

If it isn't working repair it. If it is working you have another problem.
