It would probably mean a lot more tax which would mean you're paying for it, just in a different way.

Canada may have universal healthcare but when you sit back and think about it, where would you rather receive care? People from all over the world come to America to receive care and to receive training. Apparently our healthcare model is not that bad after all! Also, there is no such thing as free, where do you think the revenue will come to run a universal healthcare program. Are you will to watch your taxes increase to pay for this?

I dont want to pay for your health care. Get off your butt and pay for your own things. If canada has such great health care, why don't you move your lazy butt over there? Besides, most people who live in that kind of system hate it. The doctors aren't very good because they get paid very little.

I go along with Fred H we should take care of our own instead of going over everywhere else that we dont need out noses in. Take care of all americans ,their healthcare need and prescriptions just like Canada and Germany

Every poor, dumb sod thinks that both should be free.
They give you a free education in hopes you might be able to afford insurance.

as a disabled person in the U.S., it sounds wonderful to me. We need dental and eye care, too.
