There isn't one. For most upper division math courses there is no solution manual. Your best bet is to search for search for solutions on the internet by doing a search for the book. You will find solutions on different professors web pages.
When I used that book, I bought the Schaum's outline because there are worked out solutions in it.

I have the book by Zill called "A First Course in Differential Equations: with Modeling Applications", it is suitable for self learning. He knows how to write.
