i am changing from bt which wireless broadband package is the best
not to expensive - with value for money
doesnt matter if phone line is offered also

It depends entirely on where you live. Some areas have good point-to-point wireless, in others satellite, like DirecWay may be the only option (expensive and not that fast).

Or are you talking about a cellular data network. Most of these, at least in the US, could hardly be called broadband,
