Oh yeah! Dont you worry hell be abe to SEE body parts moving around in there. With my 1st he was ale to really feel her well at about 7 months, with my 2nd it only took till 5 months. but once you get to about 7-8 months there will be no problem being able to feel it. With my first when i was about 8 months along i would sleep with my stomach up against my husbands back and she would kick him and wake him up all night! Needless to say i got the bed to myslef most nights =)

My husband didn't feel our son kick until 25 wks along. One tip I can give is when you are relaxed laying down at night have a glass of orange juice, its like baby speed (j/k) and makes the baby kick like crazy, our doctor suggested it so that my husband could feel our baby kick. Also lay on your left side might help too. Good luck and congratulations!

My baby loved it when Daddy put his hand on my belly - she calmed down right away, every time! So he didn't get to feel her kick for a long time... maybe a month after I first felt her really kicking, not just moving around.

When you can feel the baby kick by touching your belly....he'll be able to feel it also....usually around 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 months along.

It is different with each pregnancy and depends on the baby. The earliest my spouse felt one was around 24 weeks and my last one didn't kick hardly at all so I was closer to 32 weeks before he felt her kick.

According to my ob/gyn an hour ago "don't expect this before 22 weeks and even that is early. 26-28 weeks is the average. Though when I was there her intern felt movement in my belly and I'm only 17 weeks. But he was REALLY poking and prodding and holding onto my uterus. He only realized it was movement as he's trained to recognize it.
My other half can hardly wait either.
Good Luck.

For the first couple of minutes. But when the stomach acids take over, the kicking will cease.
