I had mixed emotions. I was laughing but terrified, enthusiastic but detached. I couldn't believe how many truly crazy people auditioned. The girl who was after the really energetic short girl...the one who said she couldn't sing but they could teach her so she could be the Idol and for some odd reason she mentioned Paris Hilton- that girl is looney tunes. Her screaming fit in the lobby was a bit much. And the final girl- whoa. However, I thought they found some really great singers so we'll see what happens. I'm wondering if mental disease is starting to run in the waters around here...it's scary.

I laughed at most of the people who were on there, but I did feel sorry for that one girl (Kia, I believe). She was the really enthusiastic girl on the second day who was made to sing a second song. I didn't think she was as bad as the judges made her out to be & they didn't even encourage her to get lessons so she could audition next year. Watching her get shattered was like watching a flame go out. And when she started talking about the rejection and said "Sometimes you just get tired of hearing 'no'", I really felt for her because you know she'll never sing again: Not in church, the shower, or anywhere. And because she wasn't talking about just being rejected as a singer.
But that last girl who sounded like she was having an orgasm was hysterical.

I thought she was having an orgasm, and it was little disturbing.
Mostly, I felt bad for simon, randy, paula and joan collins because they had to watch her sing terribly while having an orgasm in the process.
