What about the freedom to fail?

Since when does anyoine have the right to a guarentee? As a small buisnessman running two shoestring operations in todays work environment I am not guarenteed ANYTHING. So why is it people feel they have to have guarentees from thier government? The freedom to suceed also means the freedom to fail...

Can't argue against that.

What can be argued though is that the government should insure success rates using tax payers' money. The reason we have affirmative action and minority support is to be able to satisfy certain demographics rather than deal with them. Unfortunately, this only provides a cover for the underlying problems with those demographics.
