Since when does anyoine have the right to a guarentee? As a small buisnessman running two shoestring operations in todays work environment I am not guarenteed ANYTHING. Can't argue against that.

What can be argued though is that the government should insure success rates using tax payers' money. The reason we have affirmative action and minority support is to be able to satisfy certain demographics rather than deal with them. Unfortunately, this only provides a cover for the underlying problems with those demographics.
