How do you speed up the internet connection?I have 658kbps for download and 104kbps for uploads.look below?

My desktop connects to the internet with a DSL from Verizon.My laptop connects with a wireless card which connects to the internet with my DSL router.Is paying more money for more speed the only way to get faster internet connection?

Pretty much yes. You will have to pay to have more speed. However I talk about how to clean up your system to get the best speed out of it in my blog. I suggest free tools and links to tweaking sites.
