i have blonde hair, blue eyes small brested, 5'7'' 8'' and like a size 3.

um, i don't really like that dress so much. i don't think it would be very flattering on most body types. just my opinion.

honestly - I think you woudl look liek an ad for kotex tampons.

why not try something in a shade of blue - its winter time now - so maybe a winter color darkish or royal blue - forget the strapless - if your small breasted (Hmmm, I like blondes with blue eyes and small breasts - just thought I;d let you know)

try more of a puffed sleeve look - or long sleeve - maybe with glove.

of course if you are getting ready for a summer time event - try a lighter shade of blue.

I still hold by forgetting the shoulder less look - padded shoudlders or ballons puff for shoulders to give more curve and appeal to the outfit

whatever you do maek sure that you spend a little extra money to get some sexy undies - (its the equalavent of a $1000 suit for guy) your feel great and it will show off of the way you walkand talk to others -

That's really cute! Hot does not come to mind because the dress has kind of an innocent look to it (even though it's bright red, haha) but there's a good chance you could MAKE it hot, honey. Sounds like you have a good figure, so this dress is great. I like it! And you HAVE to get the perfect shoes. But what I meant about "Hot" is that if you're going for sexy, then something slinkier and sleeker would be the way to go. But I'm hoping you choose this one. :) Have fun.

It is VERY pretty and unique. I think you would really stand out. The strapless would look nice with your hair down and just a few accessories. To answer your question, I would not really call it cute or hot. It is very elegant, like an updated Sex in the City type dress.

The A-line dress is actually the most flattering line for almost any woman. They style of this dress is cute, and the bright red makes it hot as well! I think it's great when I see blonde women - who we all expect to see in pinks and blues, to burst out in bright red! When you have pretty blue eyes and golden blonde hair and your that small you want to wear something that is going to eccentuate your features not take away from them.

Either one, it depends on what your going for. It would be cute maybe if you had your hair up and cute makeup that maybe made your eyes look big. It would be hot if you wore your hair down and maybe went for a more sultry llook.
