Rap a bandana or what ever you feel comfotable with around the whole penis to a comfortable snug fit and hang a five pound dumd bell, preferably a five pound cast iron barbell weight to it and stand face front to a wall with your legs spread and your hands over your head, feel the weight and try it for 25 sec, then 30,40, 50 and so on. make sure your lil ones awake you do not want to pull that lil thing right off. Its like lifting weights but for the lil guy, dont forget your multi-vit, soon it will be like having your own lil arnold right between your legs, I call mines THE TERMONATOR, because they'll be back.

Hey yo! Long or short does not matter! get the positions and technique right is the best thing! You can have it long but can't satisfy instead you can have it short but pure excitement!
