PS- Since you like Buffy and Angel, you might be interested in a new show: Drive (starts in April). It's made by Tim Minear who wrote for Angel and Firefly, and will star Nathan Fillion as the lead racer, and Amy Acker will be his wife.

The Office. That show is the shiznit. It's original, unique, intelligent, funny and completely relatable. The cast is superb and incredibly witty and the writing is the best on TV. No doubt.

my personal one would be 24 although Prison break gives it a close run, if your into angel you should give Bones a go on thursday night sky 1 about 10pm i think there are rereunning seris one at the moment, also love grey's attonmey

Lost! hands down!
No, don't raise your hand. i said hands down. noone else gets to vote. hands down. Lost is the best show I've ever seen and i've been watching TV all my life. been through some great shows. mcgyver, the wonder years, doogie howser, airwolf, thundercats, simpsons, FG n Fut, 24, and the rest of that reality crap. Nothing compares to Lost. Nothing! it's just awesome.
Prison break, Grey's anatomy, 24, Seinfeld, Simpsons are all great don't get me wrong. you have to put your HANDS DOWN for Lost!
