First of all, the governor has nothing to do with criminal records getting sealed. That is up to the jurisdiction where you were convicted. It is not something that comes automatically. In addition, there has to be justification for sealing a record, such as the person was young and able to get a youthful offender adjudication. Going to need a lawyer to see what is possible.
