Just use the equation for finding the circumference of a circle:
C = 2*pi*r
or
C = diameter * pi

i couldnt be bothered working it out completely id need a calculator....but here

9": circ = pi x dia = pi x 9 (inches)
7": circ = pi x dia = pi x 7 (inches)
5": circ = pi x dia = pi x 5 (inches)

to solve this you multiply the square of the radius of the circle ( 1/2 the diameter) * pi (3.14)

Circumfrence = pi * r squared
