and me fair no GOP bashing this is a fair and honest question I see that Hillary has a nice picture and the question on the front page of Yahoo. Is it by choice or is Yahoo endorcing? Fair is Fair regardless of your Political beliefs or alignment.

I doubt, very heavily, that Yahoo is making an endorsement. First of all, they've already said that they weren't making an endorsement.
Second of all, I'm not certain about on Answers, but Yahoo! has had question/answer sessions open for notable conservative politicians like John McCain in the past.
But let's be real here... conservatives are dreaming up a bias here because there's a persecution complex at work. That's not bashing anyone... it's an observed phenomenon. There could be 3 weeks straight of questions by Conservative leaders and if this question came after that, the same exact accusations would be fielded by conservative operatives.
Edit: I'm not saying that you're necessarily saying that. I think that your question, the way it's phrased, is fair.

Yahoo is not endorsing anyone; there was a disclaimer up this morning to that fact.
