If you are trying to insinuate that women are bad drivers...here is some info consider.
I am 29 years old...never been in an accident when I was driving. Had one ticket, 2 weeks after I got my license... from a college campus rent a cop who was trying to make quota (disputed it and it was dismissed) No points...nada.
My husband has been getting ticket after ticket since before he had a license. From being impatient at stop signs, driving out of class, to speeding over 100 mph (No evasion, thank goodness) Suspended license, multiple times. Impound twice. Made him get rid of the motorcyle and most of the tickets have stopped.
When we go to traffic court it is usually about even, but I think that male drivers are more likely to repeat.
Another example...My Dad has had us in several bad car accidents when I was growing up. He drove us off a 200 foot drop near Hwy 1 on Easter Sunday when I was 7.
So you could say I am a bit biased in this department. But in my experience I know way more bad male drivers than female.
Also, the insurance rates for an unmarried male under the age of 25 are 2-3 times that of an unmarried female under the age of 25. The insurance companies have done the research already.

The problem of bad drivers has nothing to do with gender. While it may be true that females are more vocal, males also have tolerance problems when it comes to driving.
Distractions such as cell phones and many of our other modern conveniences are a greater danger on the roadways.
If women were as bad behind the wheel as we joke about, the insurance companies would not offer them better rates than males.
I've seen the best and worst in both.

Well, I hate to say this ladies, but when I'm at work (I work on the buses) and the driver has to brake suddenly because of another car, it's ALWAYS a woman! Which then gets the (male) drivers going off on one about 'bloody women drivers'!
I always have a quick look and I'm just waiting for the day when it's a guy so I can have a mutter to the bus drivers about 'men'!!!
My turn will come :-)

Never seen the adverts for car insurance?
Women are safer drivers than Men and pay less because of it!
Bad drivers come in both sexes though and all ages!
The worst driver I know is male! (I'd rather walk)
The best driver I know is also male.
I don't think I'm a good driver but in twenty years I've never had an accident or caused one that I know of!

I've never been in an accident I caused in 20 years of driving. I have, however, been hit by and run off the road by male drivers. My mother-in-law and I were talking about this recently after that report came out that said doctors, lawyers, architects, and teenagers have the most accidents and moms, teachers, policemen and librarians have the least, and out of curiousity we started asking around our friends and family and found that by far the men we knew had way more accidents and way more tickets than the women.

Bad drivers come in all genders, ages, shapes and sizes. I know some personally that aren't very good. If you are not talking about a personal relationship, all one has to do is go out on the freeway and you will see them.
My personal view is that we make it much too easy to get a drivers' license in this country. And we are too quick to forgive past sins and give people back a license that have clearly demonstrated that they are not responsible enough to have one.
This makes every day on the freeway, basically a crap shoot. I would incarcerate people who are caught driving (a) without a license or (b) without insurance. This problem won't stop until the penalties are harsher.

Women pay less car insurance because they have more, but less serious/cheaper to repair accidents. Men have fewer, but more serious/expensive accidents. Men have greater spacial awareness than women and are therefore potentially capable of being better drivers than women, but male drivers are often ar5eholes when they are younger.
I have noticed a lot of young women drivering crappy little girly cars like Ford Ka's and the like driving way too fast for their ability.

My son is the worst driver ever! He got into four accidents in his first year of driving (totaled a two-month-old GTI) My daughter is a far better driver.
My husband thinks he's in a rally race all the time. He JUST got another speeding ticket last month and he's 37!! My mother honks at people changing lanes in front of her -- 100 feet away!
Gender has nothing to do with it.
