If you feel lonely and insecure, find a friend, chat 'em up on the phone. I read this thing once:
1) Everyday, at least 2 people think about you before they go to sleep
2) There are at least 2 people that you mean the world to
3) In your lifetime, you have made at least 5 people's day - inadvertently
Or! If you don't really feel like talking to someone - go to peekvid.com and watch some chick flick like John Tucker Must Die or some old school cartoons (depending on how old you are, if you're in high school, I suggest some Hey Arnold!). Get something to eat (whatever's great to eat while watching TV), get a blanket, and watch!

Hey I was just where your at a couple of days ago. PMS SUCKS! But, what helped me was to remember we are here today in this world PMS and all. Call a friend to just talk or to come over and hang out. Read your bible. I went to church last night and being around spiritual, possitive people helped me a great deal. Do you have a friend that is up beat and fun? You may be saying-I dont feel like being around anyone, but once you get around someone and get your mind off your loneliness and being sad you will liven up and be thankful.
Hope this helps-if not give it a couple of days and you will be off your cycle and things will seem brighter.

Eat a salad then a big piece of chocolate cake. The salad is for cramping, it really helps, the cake... well it is chocolate, need I say more. You really are blessed. My sister and aunt would love to change places with you. Both had to have hysterectomies in their early thirties. Take some time for yourself today. Put on a pair of tennis shoes and get out and take a walk. It always make me feel better anyway.

confident, I even have an examination day after today at 9 contained in the morning, yet i'm nevertheless going to stay unsleeping and watch the game even nevertheless that's on at approximately 2 contained in the morning over right here. i myself desire we win. it would be this sort of shame for the All Whites to have come so a procedures purely to leave out out now. Plus, we are representing all of Oceania now, no longer purely NZ. pass the All Whites.

me too. dont worry. it will be over in a couple of days. i suggest that u go get some chocolate and sit on the couch all day watching romances. it always makes me feel better. just make sure u relax all day.
