mommy, you're original question is lost when you posted this one. So unless the current readers saw your last post about the W32.Myzor.FK@yf worm they wouldn't know... and this question becomes meaningless to many.
i found this article online: NOTE - i never had this virus so I haven't followed their steps... I hope it works for you.

just go to google.com and type avg
then download the avg antivirus
install and bring in updates
then run a scan
avg will do the rest
