We never used to "love" him. We thought he did a nice job as president with the 90's economy being the best ever. However, now all we have is Bush to compare him to, so naturally it is now very, very easy to "love" him.

I do take exhilaration in my nationality to various levels. Well, as usual for you people, you're wrong on those points.

He went after Bin Laden. And when they thought they could bomb him out of existence, the intel agencies balked becuase they thought too much collateral damage would happen. Clinton had a presidential order to kill bin Laden. Does bush?

He didn't WATCH WTC get bombed and we did go after those people. Actually captured them too.

USS Cole? It was a couple of crazy terrorist. Why weren't the SAILORS on the boat watching? You can't blame Clinton for that.

9/11 happened on Bush's watch. And he didn't want to hear anything the Clinton administration had to say nor what even his own people had to say (e.g. Condi)

When he did go after him and the taliban, he was accused of wagging the dog. The repubs were more interested in Bill's escapades than in national security.

Bubba has been out of office for almost 6 years. Get over it. maybe you should be more worried about what THIS president is doing. Dolt!

Boy are you mixed up.Most suspected Bin Laden but by law Clinton had to wait until the Pentagon released the proof that Bin Laden did the Cole bombing before he could take action but was not released until Bush Jr. was in office in Jan. You forgot about Clinton convicting the registered republican Timothy McVeigh for the Ok bombing.

First, you need to get the liberals vs. consevsative mind-think out of your thought process. We should all be Americans working for the betterment of the country. Second, I don't think anyone who knows their ****** from a hole in the ground would agree that Bush is a good president. Third, that guys a few answers ago was very polite in telling you that you need to check your facts. I don't blame you, most consevatives have no idea what an actual truthful fact is. Fourth, grow up. Fifth, "Slick Willie"? Are your trapped in 1995? Get over it. Sixth, You really, really, really need to start thinking for yourself.

Well, since you asked......

He left the country with a surplus.

Under his administration the people who bombed the WTC and Oklahoma City federal building were found, tried, and found guilty.

He used our military for just causes when the rest of the world was asking us to....and took heat for "wagging the dog" when he did

A better question is this: Why is Clinton the Republican's whipping boy for every one of BUSH failures????

He brought respect of America by so many nations in the World. The only real flaw which took him down is that he had was being sexually fertile and able... without the aid of Viagra. He must be the envy of so many impotent or sexually unattractive creeps needing to solicit clients through the 'net, or waiting to kidnap and abuse young children in this nation!
