I'm trying to cut down on my grocery spending this year, and all the books I've read tell me to make a price book. It seems very complicated! If you use a price book, what's the best way to start building one? Should I use my receipts, or should I just write down prices while I'm at the store?

it won't help because prices change so much. as long as you buy sale items at regular grocery stores, you will be able to buy at lower prices than walmart.
