Your problem is that not a single one of your so-called qualifications is a real qualification. You don't like Bush and think he is an ignorant moron. But you are showing your ignorance.
It is found in the Constitution of the United States, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
3 Qualifications ONLY:
1. U.S. Citizen
2. 35 years or older
3. Lived in the United States for at least 14 years

That's funny...the last time I looked, the Constitution of the United States didn't list any of these as qualification for the US Presidency. The actual qualifications required are as follows:
Natural born citizen of the United States, at least 35 years old, and resident of the United States for at least 14 years.
That's it. There are only three requirements to be president. Former President George H. W. Bush and President George W. Bush meet all three.
