Who owns the copyright to our masterpieces? Fancy fiddling with our flees and fleeing from our fiddles. It seems many internet businesses get away with flouting trading standards rules. Q & A is at least free- but some of the paid for services on yahoo(uk) should offer an address and phone number as required under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

They are Chinese in China (cheaper labour costs for yahoo), cheaper than India.
Try shouting louder, it's what lot's of people do, maybe they would understand better then.
