Obviously if there were actual self-motivating, intelligent robots, they would be the best able to survive. There aren't. If cyborgs existed, they would be close to the top of the list. They don't. So, it's cockroaches.

Cockroaches will. They have survived nuclear tests before. Also they are millions of years old.
