a woman would have to start charting her bbt for a few months to be able to calculate the safe days. Look up the fertility awarness method online and you should find info about it. It won't protect you against std's and unless you are willing to take the risk of getting pregnant you might want to choose some other form of birth control.

If you are asking how to figure out what days a woman will definitely not get pregnant, there aren't any. A woman can get pregnant at any point in her cycle.

if you are trying for a baby try charting or preg. planing. some people find that helps. but if you are looking for days not to get pregnant, use condoms or birth control
