Actually make a book? Bookbinding can tape a while to learn, depending on the binding method.

A simple method for a one-folio binding:
Precisely fold four to six pages in half (use a bone folder for best results).

Unfold them, and stack them evenly.

On the spine (folded edge), puncture the stack with three evenly spaced holes.

Using a needle and thread (linen thread for best results), first go through the middle hole, then back out one of the end holes.

Go back through the middle hole, and then through the other end hole (think of the thread pattern like a figure-8).

Finish by tightly tying the thread off. It will make a 16-24 page booklet.

More complex methods may require a demonstration. if there is a Paper Source store near you, they give classes.

Not clear. You actually want to MAKE a book or write one? Either task is very hard work and very difficult.

Book-binding is a difficult skill to learn. Most books are made by machines these days.

Go on a night school course. It is not that difficult and they supply the item or so of equipment that you need. The course will be called "Bookbinding". I did it
