i like somebody and he's a gemini. what i noticed abt him is that he rarely giving emotional displays.. seems so cold and like to keep secrets to himself. this guy that i know can be really friendly when it comes to chatting and seems a bit shy at the outside. the question is why is he like that?? im so frustrated tho bcz i try to talk to him but he juz can't look at my face!! he keeps looking at my friend's face when i started to look at him. why is it with him?? i hope pure and truly geminis CAN help me clear my foggy brain = ) thx!

Seems to me that he is a true Gemini. So am I. I wouldn't suggest pushing him, when you push one of us in a corner, the wrong Gemini may come back at you. If you give him a little space and time, he will let you in. Talking to Gemini's is diffcult, you can't ask us to give you an answer or opinion without being ready to handle the truth. We at some point in our lives have forgotten what it is like to be on the other end. We aren't selfish persay, we do like our own ways and values. We don't like being told things to do, we are thnkers and like to solve things. Gemini's always have a lot going on inside our heads. We may not make you feel like you are on our minds but you are. We seem to pick the wrong times of doing or saying things, How do I know this. We often speak before we think, thus getting us no where. If it seems, that he is taking to long to answer something or do something, yet he wants a quick result, just be patient. If you can't wait there are more people out there. But remember, if this one doesn't work out, try not to get with another Gemini, we are too hard to train.

You know I love this. It's like a community of ours. Some like Libras or Aquarius like us, but geminis best understand geminis. I'm really into the idea that you can tell about a person by his zodiac. What I came to understand. That all zodiacs tend to be either passive or active. What I mean is, for example there are two types of geminis. One like me, a total kid, happy, spontaneous as they come, not mind making fun of myself or acting silly, the perks of that is to be the center of attention. I can literally talk for hours, I love multi tasking, 100 things happing at once. I can't stand the rutuine, I have to change things, at least a little, even my mood my voice my posture, everything, im like an infinite number of actors in one. But, im not acting. That's it. I'm just being me!! ;)))) The other side as you guessed is passive. They have 50 % of the traits, like rational more then emotional, though NOT emotionless, great speakers, but dont have the crave to be in the center of attention or talk non stop. Actually the biggest difference between passive and active as i seperate the two, is one being, not flexible, but flexibility itself. The other being a little uptight. Sadly, I havent met an active gemini, such a fun, playful happy restless soul. I wish. Whatever is written in these comments is true. To answer the main question: It is because we have a myriad of thoughts at once. We do things by the drop of a hat. We can do one thing and the same minute get bored of it and do something completely different. Although we guys :) are the most charming orginal and adventurous of all, others cannot catch up with our rapid change of thought, mood and action, it get's them of balance. They arent called the "Twins" for nothing. I have a hard time with geminis, Its like they are bi-polar, with split personalities, and evil twins. They are often very talented in some or many ways, they just bring a lot of chaos and weirdness into other peoples lives.

Its because we live in our heads, are usually more than one person, and dream and scheme... Its a world we don't think most people would understand. The ideal way to be though is "Keep your head in the clouds and your feet on the ground" Alot of us take a long time to learn that and kinda just float away...............

I think it would be so grand (sentimentally thinking?) if there were only 12 personalities among the almost 7 billion people on earth today. Nonetheless, it is inconceivable that I could predict what someones personality will be like by cross checking their birthdate on an astrological calendar!
