Ooh! I want to play!
Okay, I think he will die. At least I have a good reason for him dieing.
So, I agree that Harry is a horcrux, by the way. But the big argument is that if Harry dies, Voldemort wins, and we can't have that, right? Of course not! Voldemort won't win, but I think Harry WILL die.
We all read book five, right? When the discovered the prophecy? And Harry thought he might not be the chosen one? Well, I think he was right. I think the prophecy is talking about Neville. Seriously. So, I think that Harry is going to realize it and sacrifice himself.
Part of being the description of a hero is having a dramatic flaw, Harry's is heroic-sacrifice...especially for his friends. Not to mention the fate of the world is now in him. He'll, again, save the day...but not how we would hope.
Then, our equally cool heros will have to kill Voldemort and the day will be saved.
That's my theory. :)

Well, we won't know until the seventh book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, is released to the public... and that won't be until July (for the USA). Somebody will die, but nobody will know who until the book is released. You wll just have to wait and find out.

I think that Harry, in fact will die, and the series will end up as Nevel being the prophecy that is thought to be Harry. And there are conclusions to this by the way Dumbledor dies, Serious dies, and that Digory guy. All the dangers that Harry goes through just puts in in the spotlight to die too. I hope he doesn't, but who knows.

I doubt it...because the prophecy is worded in such a way that if Harry dies..then Voldemort wins and lives....I think book seven will have quite a few twists that most readers won't see coming

Nobody knows. Some people suspect that she will so that no one can follow up on her idea. I really hope she doesn't though, because since the book centers around him it would ruin the book.

We won't know til the book comes out. I'm sure JK will hint as to who will be dying, but she'll never say for sure. Everybody'll know as soon as the first person has finished reading the book, I'm sure.

He really should. The story demands it. But he probably won't. Because we're whiny fans who like their heros alive. *sigh* Oh well.
