Go to www.cambridgeesol.org - they have a whole section dedicated to the four skills tested in the exam, which contains activities that will help your students with their reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Also, www.onestopenglish.com have got an FCE section with 12 practice tests.

From my experience, a revision coursebook (e.g. FCE Gold) is the best resource for preparing students for Cambridge exams - if your students don't want to buy coursebooks, ask your college to buy one for you and pick up the sections you find most relevant. Make sure you buy the latest edition though as the exam syllabi change from time to time.
