I would take pride that people are jealous of my baby. Its not everyday your baby gets words from someone that they don't even know. It really just makes me all bubbly inside!

I know sometimes jealousy cant be helped because its a feeling, an emotion that people cant help but to be jealous of a baby and how they are growing is a sick thing. She'll probably get over it and start to feel happy that your baby is so healthy and growing so well. If she doesnt, you have to make a choice, either cut her off or try to ignore her jealousy if the friendship is worth it. Good Luck with everything.

I have the same problem, me and my friend have babies that are a day apart. I have a boy and she has a girl and my son has more teeth that her and walked before her and everthing, And I try to be a good friend and just tell her that every child is different and does things in there own timing and there is nothing wrong with that. You can't compare them they are two different people. And she has other children, and I ask her do you expect her to act like your other child? She does things her own way and there is nothing wrong with that. She may feel that something is wrong with her baby so you just need to let her know her child is doing exactly what she is suppose to.

if my friend were jealous of my baby and her growth i would assume its because her child isnt as advanced and i would just keep all new feats of my daughter to myself. I wouldnt want to talk to someone who was always bragging about their baby and it would seem rude like they were trying to rub it in my face if they kept on as that is insensitive towards a friend.

I wouldn't worry about it one bit. I think if your baby is still living,is happy, and has a good parent is a good happy baby. And that maybe your friend is jealous because maybe she can't do that with her child like you well, if she has a child.

I wouldn't worry about it. Some people just can't help but compare and when they feel like they are on the short end they get jealous. It will probably just pass!

Must be our name lol. Jessica here and my friends/family are terribly jelous of everything in my pregnancy. Because I got pregnant, and not it's because I got pregnant first, because it's a boy, because I'm a single mom and get to make all the decisions myself, because I have a huge belly, because I'm not allowed to work, and because my breasts are leaking. Sometimed people just need to be thankful for what they have and leave everything else alone. Be the bigger person Jessy! Just let them go!

friend's should not take jealousy too far. i am glad when my friends achieve something, gain something, are happy in their marriages. A true friend will be glad for you rather that jealous. lose the 'friend'.
