When Bush stops paying out billions for this war and starts putting the money to better use like a Universal health care plan. Most countries have health insurance as a benefit for being a citizen. Here you have to pay out the butt for health insurance and most people can't afford it and just go without.

Hopefully never. Privatize it for the majority (keep medicare/Medicaid for no/low income)and let the free economy do its thing. People manage to take care of their own car insurance, home/renter insurance and life insurance. If employers stopped handling it for us, insurance companies would have a whole new motivation to price things correctly and competition would create a good product at a fair price. Plus, your employer would be happy to pay you more if they did not have to pay for your insurance.
Anytime the government gets involved, priced go up, taxes go up and you create a nice, vicious circle.
