Well, the ultimate weapons are the strongest weapons but they lack growth slots so if you equip materia it wont grow! And to get mimic you have to first get at least a green chocobo and then go to the island of wutai, there should be a little cave around there that you cant get to normally but with the chocobo you can! You will get mimic then keep fighting to level it up until you get 2 birth mimics then equip then and then you are pretty much unstoppable with knights of the round! the white hat for the frogs just forget it because there are better accesories out there! take care friend

To get Cloud's Ultimate weapon, you have to defeat a boss called Utimate Weapon, after you do you get his final weapon, which is cool becuase you don't have to pay to but it.
