If Charlie Crisp is not the father of that Townsend girl - why did he sign the waiver of parental rights?

that the girl could be adopted?

It would seem he has some connection to her. He probable wanted to make it go away so he would not get to much negative press. I live in Tallahassee so if anything comes up I will post it.

He probably just doesn't know and just doesn't want to deal with it. Easier to just sign it away and hope it goes away.
