I heard that American Idol auditions are coming to Dallas. Does anyone know when. Do you have to sign up to audition or do you just show up?

Well if they are going to Dallas, it won't be until next summer/fall. Because the auditions for season 6 are over with. And you just show up. But when you get there, you have to sign up.
