If they use a different language, it's because their mouths are used to forming different sounds. You'd probably sound strange too trying to speak Gaelic, Chinese or Afrikaans for the first time :) As for people in different parts of the same country, it's because people didn't often travel to different parts in the past, so the language evolved in different directions. (The "posh" English accent of lengthened As and missing Rs is down to a fashion whim among the aristocracy of the 18th century - they thought it would sound, as we'd say today, "cooler"!)

There is no base accent, every talks the way they do due to the sounds they have heard whilst developing language! Even within a few miles of each other there can be more subtle differences in language!!

Because the way that they talk signifies that they have come from a different place. They have become so used to the way that they speak in their native country that it becomes hard for them to adapt to a new language. For example, if you moved to Spain you will definitely discover that it is hard to lose the natural sound of your voice in order to sound like the people around you.

Because after the great flood of Noah's day god told the people to fill the earth and multiply. The rebellious people decided to build a tower and stay put and try to be like god and build a building to get to god.god confused there languages and scattered them across the earth.that was called the tower of babel, in which was in modern day Iraq.NOW for the atheist and evolutionist,If we are evolved then why do we speak different languages?

Where you are raised and how. I was raised in the South and now live in the North, They Northerners talk funny to me and I to them. But it is all relevant. It makes no difference. We are all just people in the end.

It's all as they say, 'relative', my love. We don't do it to annoy you as I'm sure you don't do it to annoy us.
