ok i was playin Oblivion... everything was fine then it got stuck while i was running from some guards wearin my grey fox mask (aint that a pretty site: Argonian: Blackwood full, grey fox caul and lvl 16, with a glass bow and master of thieves guild) anyway... ok so i was runing and it got stuck.. i turned it of and restarted it but the little light around the on button was red! and it wont start anymore :(!!

Make sure that the Video and Audio cables are in.
make sure the plug is in
and MAKE SURE THAT THERE ISN'T ANYTHING IN THE FAN
THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME
this usually only occours if you have siblings, well one of mine stuck a barbie icecream cone in it and it got caught in the fan, but I got it out and it worked fine!
and if that doesn't work, than go use someone else's answer... because that's all I can remember...
note with any system, if it gets overheated it shuts off...

the justifications the 360's perfect exclusives are shooters is because they promote properly, and may be rehashed and slapped with a clean identify a lot less stressful than the different type. maximum 360 proprietors are so narrow minded that they thoroughly ignore about titles and not using a gun of a few type on the cover, so variety is a no-no for any video games being advanced as a 360 unique. Sony has continually had the most diverse titles for his or her consoles, and it is a shame that folk don't have a good time with that more desirable.

return it to microsoft, wait 2 weeks to a month till u get a new one. or just get yr receipt (if u have it) and exchange it for a new one from the store u bought it from, that is if u bought the extended warranty....
