I have some ideas for videos, but want to get some feedback first if its worth it

I had a similar experience. My family made a video for the Amazing Race Family Edition and we never heard a word back from them. I agree that it would be nice to at least receive acknowledgment. We put a lot of time and effort into it, and we spent $400 on passports because you need to send them copies of them proving that you have one.
You will definitely have fun making the video, but just know that you will never know if they even receive your package.
ps - we bought a huge world map and stuck it on a wall - we did most of our taping in front of it...

i did the amazing race and sent it in i was a video major in college and actually produced a video to the song of "i ran"
by a flock of seagulls with us in various places running and fades to the interviews inbetween my girlfreinds dad had just died of cancer and we talked about that and stated why we thought we would be good for the show so ya bttom line we put massive amounts of effort in to this thing and didnt even get a letter or email or anything saying they even got it! i mean the least they could do is get thier P.A. i.e. college kid who works for free to send an email or somthing along those lines, i mean i really didnt expect to win or anything but i expect some sort of aknowlagement

A former coworker of mine and her sister made a video for the Amazing race a couple of years ago. I don't know whatever happened with it, but they did a good job on it and had lots of fun.

Not for those 2 shows but remember Extreme Makeover. I did submit a video for that show.

first of all, they at the instant are not truly competitors. they are on a similar community on different nights. yet, for me, for my section, i think of stunning Race is larger. the reason i've got faith that's on Survivor, people are constantly attempting to vote off the biggest risk to win the sport. In different words, being a stable participant could make it complicated to win. on the spectacular Race, the team that performs suitable each leg wins that leg.
