i don't know if these were mentioned already but i'm willing to bet that my suggestions are the best. so here goes.
Weeds - a great show on showtime, 2 seasons out.
Robot Chicken - seth green's show from adult swim, 2 seasons.
Mindfreak - Criss Angel is an incredible magician, 2 seasons
David Blaine is also good.
if you're into sci-fi i'd suggest Firefly, 1 season plus the feature serenity.
How I met your mother - great comedy, has Neil Patrick Harris and Bob Saget narrates
The Office - Funny as hell
Dexter - cool show on showtime about a serial killer as the protagonist.
Heroes - I actually haven't seen it yet but I hear it's cool
Oh, if you haven't watched LOST, you haven't watched TV, they're in the 3rd season now.
Prison Break is good too. very interesting show. in 2nd season.
Tom goes to the Mayer - great cartoon from adult swim. you gotta watch a few cause it really grows on you.
Lucky Louie was funny as phuk but it was cancelled after the first season.
The Lost Room is a 3 part sci-fi. really cool
that about covers you for the next QP or so lol. enjoy.

forget tele tubbies and all of that you watch that if your on acid or somthing reall not that good for being stoned adult swim is a good recommendation my favs on adult swim are robot chicken,assy mcgee,smoking gun,any of the samuri ones
cowboy bebop,TRIGUN, the daily show and colbert report are good ones too if your in that mood, along with family guy simpsons,....they really need to make a cheech and chong varitey show huh like the half baked half hour or somthing
oh which also reminds me the mind of mencina ali g is good to who ever said that some the skits are funny some suck
mad tv on occation oh reno 911 is funny when your stoned well only when your stoned ahaha
