Obvioulsy I'm not going to discuss the idea here but in summary it would be a consumer electronics-related piece of equipment. Small and relatively cheap. It would need to have an mp3-equivelent playback capability along with the ability for music to be loaded on either by the manufacturer or the enduser. It would be a one-time use item.

I know how to patent ideas and I'm heading down that path. I understand NDAs. My question is how do I go about finding a contract manufacturer to help me prototype and build a few units?

Thanks!

China would definitely be the place to manufacture this.
If you can't make it to the electronics show in Hong Kong...take a look at this site...
