I seriously doubt it - and if there is, I would also doubt its legitimacy. For all you know, it could be some quack who failed med school.

If there was free plastic surgey out there you will know about it if there was free plastic your body would of been f**** up so think before you write

I don't know if this is true or not, but i saw on nip/tuck ( i know it's a fiction based story) that sometimes surgeons will do pro bono (free) work. Depending on what needs to be done. I would find a plastic surgeon and see what he can offer.

Call your local hospital, public health dept, etc.
It's usually only free if it's for a medical problem (like cleft palate), but not for boob jobs.
