Check out Fort McHenry and the USS Constellation. Both are really cool pieces of history.
The Science Center has alot of activities as well, and you can always kill time at Harborplace.

go to ESPN zone! take a water taxi, go to the set of Homicide: Life on the street, go to the big mall on the harbor, get some food and go to hard rock or planet hollywood.

the indoors Harbor section is various exciting. there are various eating places, shops, museums, and the national Aquarium is there. you could take rides around the harbor on the water taxi.
