is it better to take a calm and calculated approach to changing it, or a Jerry-Maguiresque drastic change?

The first thing I would suggest would be to sit down and seriously contemplate what you want to accomplish in life. Without a clear destination the journey becomes meandering and meaningless, thus boredom. The journey may be more important than the destination but the destination gives direction and meaning to the journey. Then take calculated steps to accomplish your goal, whether those steps be calm or drastic - they're still calculated. This is empowering and exciting. Good luck.

I have made a lot of changes in a years time. I would work on changing one thing at a time, and then it accumulates over time to make a better life. I would not change everything at once as that is pretty dramatic and could be stressful.

There's a line in the movie "..And Justice For All" where Jack Warden's character says to Al Pacino's character "....When I was in Koria I jumped from a plane..My parachute wouldn't open and just before I hit a clump of trees I discovered the meaning of life......It sucks Arthur really sucks."

I go back into time with my time machine and drastically change history so that there is a significant change in my everyday life in the present.

i would go with the drastic change. that way you would really spice things up. but if your not that type of person, try the calm approach. or maybe try a new relationship.

Life is very boring, you just have to make the most of it, do things you want to do, work, that always makes things less boring because you have money to do stuff, All i can say is be a more fun person to yourself and to other people and your life might be a lot less boring.
