I actually have two answers for you:
1) While some faiths believe that wasting sperm is a sin, all of the references in the Bible that could be used to back up that idea are actually talking about the defiling of your body. Giving in to lust, etc.... To give in to lust though, and actually fulfill the requirements for sin to be occuring, you would have to be a chronic masterbator, essentially lusting after yourself, and pleasuring yourself 3 or 4 times a day, finding ways to do it even when you know it's not appropriate.
2) If you are hooked on masterbation being a sin though, and want a way around having your urges, there's nothing better than good old fashioned hard work. Put simply, if you keep yourself tired from manual labor, sports, etc., you won't ever feel the urge to do anything of a sexual nature... Just ask anyone who works more than 8 hours a day, excercises, and has a kid... sex just isn't a high priority 90% of the time. Usually, food, sleep, and relaxation are what's craved at day's end.
Good luck either way, as even the Catholic church has declared the use of condoms to be acceptable, and nothing wastes sperm like a condom. Plus, using a condom means you're more likely to give in to lust, as you can have more sex without worrying about diseases or pregnancies. So, long story made short, it's not a sin unless you become an addict of some sort, whacking off in the back of the buss just because you feel "the urge".

Okay...this one is not hard (no pun intended).
First - let's talk about the fact that you are stimulated...good. You're healthy! I assume you are young...
If you cannot bring yourself to engage in masturbation (and there is nothing wrong with this - no...it is not a sin) then you must preoccupy your mind with something else. For instance, find out when you are NOT stimulated and explore that as a possible hobby or deterrent.

i dont understand your question. You get stimulated with what/?
masturbation is not a sin. its a normal physiological way of your hormone surge. you need to speak with psychologist. Your religious upbringing and your beliefs have become entangled in your physiological changes.

Who said it was a sin? If it is something inborn in your psyche, how can it be a sin--people were born with a sex drive. Why do you think so many people of religion cannot keep that commandment. So, unless you have masterly control--you'll have to accept your drives as natural or--you can take anti-depressants.

Masturbation is not a sin. We all do it. Allowyourself some relief.

Neither of those are bad. They are natural parts of human nature. I think if you are concerned about having sex, masturbation is a good thing for you. It is not evil or bad. Your body is your own and you need to learn to enjoy it as best as you can.
