I don't know where my old copy of Elephant Parts is but a quick search found that Sunset Sam was Steve Strong (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0835055/). I can't find the credits for Lucy or Ramona.

Deborah Pratt played Lucy.

That was on the video "Elephant Parts", wasn't it? God I haven't even thought of that in years! Sorry, can't remember...too much smoke since then...But I remember I loved the music in it!
