I think if you kill someone, and are convicted using DNA evidence you should be killed. No appeals, no retrials, no sitting on death row on my tax dollar for 25 years, just killed. I also think Rapists and child molesters should be castrated. Is this wrong??

A "communist"? Honey! You are a true American! Communists believe in the redistribution of wealth to the shiftless, no freedom of religion, no gun ownership rights, no death penalty, and no trial by jury. (Of course, they'll kill you on the spot if you utter anything related to Jesus! But if you molest someone? No problem! Take a 60 day rehabilitation course!).
I'd take it a step further than you! I'd cut their genitals off with a chainsaw, let them rithe in pain for 24 hours, than kill them via lethal injection, the electric chair, or hanging! I believe that criminals should receive whatever it was that they did to other people. If they shoot someone, they get shot. If they molest someone, they cut their privates cut off (you can't exactly "molest them back," for say!). If you tore somebody apart with a knife, you get torn apart with a knife! The punishment should fit the crime! And yes, there should be no appeals, no retrials, and especially no parole! You go girl!

An eye for an eye is a good fundamental concept, but it is impossible to exercise evenly in an modern justice system. I agree with you, but one cost of civilized society is that we can not act like animals in the jungle. Personally I think castration is too kind for child molesters. No, you're not a communist, closer to a good Catholic.
