shouldn't all people of all ages get health coverage no matter age of income of the family? I would think so.?

Well, we are supposed to be endowed with the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Life and happiness are hard to achieve without good health. So I think good health, and guaranteed health care should be a right. There is a responsibility tho when one has expectations of certain rights, for instance the costs involved to oneself and to all around you. We pay taxes for good roads, for firefighters, for police for military protection, I should think it reasonable to pay additional tax for health.
