OK a PCI card is like a wireless internet connection thing right or am i wrong because i have no idea about this crap oh and its for a desktop computer

PCI is one kind of slot that is on your motherboard.
You can get wireless cards that will plug into the pci slot.
You would be better off getting a usb wireless adapter.
You plug it into the usb plug outside your computer.
You don't have to open up the pc and you can use it elsewhere.

Its one type of PCI card, if thats what you want to know. Before you buy one tho, find out what type of slots your PC has!

Check your PC specifications and plus what kind of slots you have in your PC before you buy something like that. It is ESSENTIAL that you do so.
