Well...She isn't anywhere specific downtown (you have to look everywhere in the stores)

She will give you 1 item a day but sometimes you can get more

I'm sorry I don't know anyone who has any of it in their yardsale...You might see items in yardsales more probaly next week, because today is the first day of this event

Personally, I have found her most often at the grocery store. The strategy I used was to navigate back and forth from page 1 to 12 and back to 1 and back to 12, etc. until I found her. Sometimes I found her very quicly, other times it took a while so don't give up.
