Hmmm I don't know, but I've never had any problems giving them to my son.
Umm I give him whole raw mushrooms. I give him whole raw foods and whole cooked foods all the time. Mushrooms are soft, bland(well button ones) and high
They are high in fibre, b vitamins, selenium, and potassium.

he should be fine just make sure that your there next to him the first few times just to make sure that he doesnt choke..
its the same with all foods realy he'll tell you if he doesnt want them but dont give in if he just throws it away keep giving them him.
whole, raw and cooked all are the same...

NO WAY - He is too young check out Gerber or beechnut website. You could give him allergies by starting him too early on wierd foods, esp. fungus.
