OK that was a disturbing mental image. Which of them gets to go through labour? Seriously though you could be on to something, who knows the limits of Kryptonian biology.

Batfink was Scrappy-Doo, before Scrappy mooched off his uncle Scooby to get a part on S.D.'s show! Notice the similarites:
They were both annoying.
They were both completely useless as crime-fighters.
They were both very annoying.
They were both having an affair with Bat-Mite.
They were both extremely annoying.
I hated them both.
Lex Luthor hated them both.
Lex Luthor AND the Toyman both considered Scrappy-Doo and Batfink VERY EXTREMELY annoying.
