I just got my 7373 yesterday and i got most of the stuff configured for tmobile on the phone. Like t-zones,mms messages,etc. But the instant messenger wont work. I called tmobile and they couldnt help and I called nokia and they said they couldnt help either...They didnt have any info on it or something..I really need help because i LOVE instant messaging and I wanna be able to have it on my phone HELP!!!!!

You won't be able to configure instant messaging on your Nokia 7373. The instant messaging client on T-Mobile phones is installed by T-Mobile, and unless your phone was "branded" by T-Mobile (has T-Mobile menu) you won't be able to use Instant messaging client on your phone. As for the internet, did you send the proper settings to your phone from Nokia’s web site? If you did and still can’t connect to the Internet, call t-Mobile customer care and have them activate data packet on your plan. I’m guessing your 7373 tells you DATA PACKET required when you try to connect to the Internet?
If you haven’t send the proper settings go to: http://nokiags.wdsglobal.com/standard?siteLanguageId=275&countryId=37 and send them to your phone.

I not sure of your phone, but, on mine I go to; Contacts > New Number or Email > Enter either > OK > Name Enter > OK and it ready to work.
Well from what said above, I guess that what I actually doing is Text Messaging. Sorry, all I know.

do u have wifi service or internet srvice for the phone with t-mobile? than only it will work... use text message that what i do with my tmobile...
